I want to thank you for offering weight loss plans that work! After discussing my weight loss goals you helped me find a solution that worked for me. I just had my labs done in April and the results were worse than the labs just 3 months earlier in spite of my weight loss efforts! I was scheduled to do follow up labs again in July because my fasting blood glucose and fatty liver was climbing. After 3 months, I am down to normal ranges with my fasting blood glucose, A1c, and I no longer have abnormal liver reading...and I have lost 22 pounds! I am half way to my weight loss goals but my health goals have already been achieved! This really really works! Thank you!!!!
